MAYONNAISE

preparation time : 10 minutes

Ingredients :
  1. 2 large egg yolks
  2. 300 ml olive oil
  3. lemon juice
  4. a pinch of salt and pepper

Utensils :

A bowl and a whisk

Method:

First of all breack the eggs.
Secondly put the egg yolks into a bowl.
After that add a few drops of lemon juice and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Then whisk until slightly thick.
Then again whisk in the oil drop by drop vigorously.
Finally season with salt and pepper to taste.
